1 Bag Broccoli Slaw
1/4 cup light sour cream or low fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup light mayo
2 T maple syrup
2 T cider vineagar
1/3 cup craisins or raisins
Directions
This is very easy.
Mix the dressing, dump on top of the slaw then add the craisins. This will ytaste best after marinating for a few hours. If it is not the write consistency for your taste, skim milk can be added to make it more fluid or a bit more sour cream will thicken it up.
