Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Radishes, 2 cup slices
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
    Salt and coarse peper to taste

Directions

Melt butter over medium heat. add radishes (tops cut off and trimmed - cut radishes into quarters) - 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.

Cook 14-15 minutes or until radishes are fork-tender andl ightly browned.

Remove skillet from heat, toss radishes with dill and transfer to serving bowl.

  • These are a family favorite. I slice mine up thin, but I might try the chunks next time (like picture). I also saute onions with them. They are also great without any herbs (our preferred version). - 4/7/18
