1 Box Duncan Hines Moist Delux Spice Cake (mix only)
Libby’s 100% Pumpkin
Kraft Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese
Directions
Spray muffin tins with non stick cooking spray.
Mix cream cheese, egg and splenda...set aside.
Mix dry cake mix, pumpkin mix, and 1/2 can water.
Evenly divide half of the batter among the muffin cups. Place approx two teaspoonfuls of cream cheese filling in the center of each cup and fill with the remaining batter.
Bake according to cake box directions.
Makes 24 muffins.
