Ingredients

1 can diced tomatos
1 can chili beans
5 med sized baking potatos (idahos, yukons)
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper
2 cups Shreadded Colby-Jack cheese
(spices to taste, can adjust as needed)
Directions
Scrub and puncture potatos with fork and bake in microwave at normal settings.
In small saucepan empty canned ingredients and add spices. Bring to near boil and let simmer as potatos cook. Stir occasionally.
Once potatos are done and chili mix is heated, slice potatos lengthwise and fluff like typical baked potato. Spoon 1/2 to 2/3 cup chili mixture over potato and top with shreadded cheese just before serving.
