Ingredients



    * I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Cooking and Baking 2 sticks
    * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    * *Splenda, 1/2
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/2 cup
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 - 1/2 cup
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * *Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry), 3 cup
    * Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1 cup

Directions

Heat oven to 350*F
Beat together spread and sugars until creamy.
Add eggbeaters and vanilla; beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and mix well.
Stir in oats and craisins; mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cook 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack

Bar Cookies: Bake 30 to 35 minutes in ungreased 13x9-inch metal baking pan.
