Ingredients

    10 oz of frozen cascadian farm organic spinach
    20 cherry tomato halves
    1 cup of sliced yellow squash
    1 cup of sliced zucchini
    16oz of fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 cup of original egg beaters

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour into a casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Let cool.
