Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground beef, 16 oz
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Whole Wheat Bread, 2 slices
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Parmesan Cheese, finely grated, .5 cup
    Chopped fresh Parsley, .5 cup
    pinch each of salt & pepper or to taste

Directions

Wet bread and squeeze out water. Break into tiny pieces over bowl containing remaining ingredients. Mix all together very well with your clean hands. Form into 24 meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
