Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beaf
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup grated carrots
    1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
    1 egg beaten
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Place all ingredients into 2 quart casserole.
Mix together with hands
Pat until even
