Ingredients

1 LB. boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 SMALL onion
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 LARGE can chop suey vegetables, rinsed
1 LARGE can water
1 TBLS. black bean garlic sauce
1 CUP celery, chopped
1 4 OZ can mushrooms
1 15 OZ can baby corn
.25 CUP cornstarch to thicken
Directions
Makes 4 - 6 servings.
- Combine chicken, onion, and garlic in a large pot, stirring until chicken is cooked.
- Add chop suey vegetables and 1 can water.
- Simmer for abour 1 hour.
- Stir in black bean garlic sauce along with the celery, mushrooms, and baby corn.
- Blend cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water.
- Cook, stirring until thickened.
- Serve over rice.
