Ingredients

    1 cup of milk
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1 cup of chunk pineapples
    2 or 3 bananas
    2 ice trays of ice
    2 tsps of sugar(optional)
    1 scoop of whey protein

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender on ice crushing setting. Blend until all is mixed and iced is crushed serve chilled. Makes 6-8 oz cups.
