Ingredients

2 cups Macaroni, elbow, whole wheat
2 cups fresh Broccoli, chopped
2 oz. Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 oz. Trader Joe's Fat Free Jalapeno Jack Cheese, shredded
1 12oz. can Evaporated Milk, nonfat
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs, unseasoned
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 9/13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
1. Cook macaroni in large saucepan according to package directions, adding broccoli to boiling water for last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain.
2. Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, cheddar cheese, jalapeno jack cheese, evaporated milk, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and black pepper in large bowl.
3. Pour into baking dish. Combine remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs, sprinkle over macaroni, cover tightly with aluminum foil.
4. Baked covered for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 9 servings--divide pan evenly lengthwise and crosswise.
