Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    3 cups white flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt

    3/4 cup or so light olive oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 cup salt

    one handful almonds

Directions

sift dry ingredients; mix wet and combine with dry. Add nuts. Chill at least two hours or overnight. Form into 4 loaves on two cookies sheets. bake in preheated oven at 375 for 15 to 20 mins. Cool slightly and slice into desired sized strips. Place on cookie sheet and baked at 350 for 15 mins. turn oven off and leave until completely cool.

As desired melt chocolate and dipped one side of each cookie. Place dipped side down on wax paper to dry. Store in air tight container.
