1 can Black Olives, drained
1/2 cup Green Olives, drained
1 cup Artichoke Hearts, in brine, drained
Garlic, 1-2 cloves, peeled
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
Directions
Makes 2 Cups (16 2-tablespoon servings)
Process olives, garlic and artichoke hearts and oil in food processor. If needed, add water to thin. Once well blended, add balsamic vinegar and process just to stir.
Best if made ahead of time. Will keep several days/weeks in refrigerator.
