Introduction

Simple, quick and YUMMY tomato soup - also fairly inexpensive. Simple, quick and YUMMY tomato soup - also fairly inexpensive.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 clove Garlic (small)
    1/2 tbsp Onion
    1 15-oz can Tomato Sauce
    1/2 tbsp Basil

Directions

Chop onion and garlic until fine. Add to olive oil in a small soup pan and cook over medium heat until done - about 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce and basil. Simmer over medium-low heat for about ten minutes.

Makes one large serving or two small. Great with grilled cheese sandwiches. :)
