Ingredients

3/4 lb Fettuccine Noodles
6 T Butter
2/3 c Whipping Cream
1/2 t Salt
Pinch Ground White Pepper
Pinch Ground Nutmeg
1 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 T Fresh Chopped Parsley
Directions
1. Cook fettuccine noodles in large pot of boiling water until al dente, 6 to 8 minutes; drain well. Return to dry pot.
2. While fettuccine is cooking, place butter and cream in 10" heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until blended and mixture bubbles for 2 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until blended and fairly smooth.
3. Pour sauce over fettuccine noodles in pot. Place over low heat. Stir and toss until sauce is slightly thick and noodles evenly coated. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
