Introduction
Modified from more complicated recipes seen elswhere. Inspired by a yummy salad I had at Dean and DeLuca at the end of the summer. Can be served hot from the pan, at room temperature, or from the fridge. Modified from more complicated recipes seen elswhere. Ingredients

2 c cooked Wild Rice, (about 1 cup uncooked)
3/4 cup cooked Orzo Pasta (a little more than 1/3 uncooked)
1/2 c dried cranberries
1 T Canola Oil
Directions
In a small saucepan, toss the uncooked wild rice in the canola oil. Add water to cook the rice until just before it is done.
When the rice is about have done, cook the orzo according to package directions. Drain.
Add the cranberries to the wild rice before all of the water has been absorbed. The heat and remaining water will "plump up" the cranberries while the rice finishes cooking.
Combine the wild rice/cranberry combo with the orzo in a bowl and serve.
