Introduction

As taught to me by a German Hausfrau! As taught to me by a German Hausfrau!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 Medium potatoes, cut in bite sized pieces, boiled.
    1 tbsp Butter,
    parsley, garlick powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Boiled chopped potatoes with skin on. Drain when fork tender. Add butter, and remaining ingredients. Stir together, (potato will break apart slightly). Serve hot.

    Mmm, I have never heard of this but then every area in Germany has their own recipes. I find just boiling potatoes in salt water when using organic potatoes don't need anything else at all. But this would be great to try out when not having gravy. Will try but rubbing bowl with real garlic. - 11/15/09
