Introduction

Super quick and easy for those days when you need it! Lactose, gluten and soy free! Super quick and easy for those days when you need it! Lactose, gluten and soy free!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 Large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/2" cubes or so
    1 can corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 packet Vegetarian Chili Seasoning Packet
    1.5 cups cooked beans (a can of beans would work too)
    1 cup peas, frozen
    Sunflower Oil
    Cumin
    Onion Powder
    Ancho Chili Powder
    1 tsp Sugar
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Makes 5 servings

Heat oil in pan with a sprinkling of cumin, chili powder and onion powder. Add chicken. When about 1/2 cooked through add the sugar.
Once cooked through add tomatoes, water and seasoning packet. Mix well. Add peas, corn and beans.
Simmer for 5-15 minutes.
