Ingredients

32 oz. water
juice of one lemon
1 tbsp. olive leaves
4 peppermint teabags
1 ice cube of frozen barley water
Cook a pot of pearled barley and save the water. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze. When hard, store in zip lock bags in freezer.
Directions
Place water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add one frozen cube of barley water into pot of boiling water. Add heaping tablespoon of dried olive leaves into boiling water and simmer for three minutes. Let steep for five more. Add the juice of one lemon - meyer lemons are great. Let weak tea cool down and sip warm tea of lemon, olive leaf, barley water all morning long.
