Ingredients

    1 can pumpkin, 15 oz
    1/2 c brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 c unsweetened soy milk
    1 t cinnamon
    1/2 t ginger
    1/4t cloves
    1/4 t freshly ground nutmeg

Directions

Mix all ingredients and put into greased round glass dish. Bake at 350 until set.
