Antioxidant rich foods blended into a yummy shake. It may not seem appetizing but it passed my husbands very picky taste test. 1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup carrot juice
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1 oz walnuts
2 packets of splenda
Directions
