Very low in calories & fat for this thick hearty fat burning soup. The calories you intake with this soup are expended by simply digesting the soup, it fills you up and you burn calories just by eating the soup! Great for people who are trying to lose body fat. The nutritional info for this recipe is based on a 1 cup serving, this recipe makes 8 servings. This soup shows to be very high sodium, if you rinse any canned veggies really well you will reduce the sodium by almost half. Ingredients

    2 large cans of stewed tomatoes
    3 large green onions
    1 can beef broth (14oz)
    1.5 cup water
    1 pkg liptons chicken noodle soup mix
    1 bunch of celery (6-8 stalks)
    2 cans of green beans (rinse well to lower sodium)
    2 pounds carrots
    2 large green or red peppers
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 tsp curry powder

Directions

cut all vegetables to meidum size chunks (try to keep all veg cut the same size)

add all ingridients to a pot

boil fast and hard for 10 mins

then, simmer till vegetables reach desired consistancy.

will store in fridge for 7 days

I like to blend mine now and again just for a change.

    helped me lose 9lbs in a week, a good way to lose weight fast, however if you don't follow this diet with a permanent healthy eating plan accompanied by exercise then all the weight will come back and then some....trust me! - 6/9/10
