Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 540 grams (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 840 grams (remove)
    Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 6 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    *Knorr Beef Bouillion Cubes, 2 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Parsley, .75 cup (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Red Wine, 100 mL (remove)

Directions

Chop onion, bacon, mushrooms and parsley.
Crumble stock cube into 1 cup of hot water.

Fill large saucepan with water and bring to boil.
Heat oil in large pan. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic to pan, stirring until lightly browned.
While onion is browning add dry spaghetti to boiling water.
Add mince and stir until browned all over. Add bacon and tomato paste and stir through.
Once bacon is cooked, add tinned tomatoes, beef stock, red wine, salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
Bring to the boil then reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
Add mushrooms and parsley and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, drain cooked pasta and serve into bowls.
Top with spaghetti sauce and grated parmesan.
