Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill Fava Beans: rinsed, drained & dried according to package directions
    2 tbsp EVOO
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1/4 tsp Sea Salt or other fine salt...or to taste
    1 tbsp Fire Roasted Creations CHIPOTLE RUB (more or less) or your favorite chili or cajun seasoning
    Mint leaves, optional

Directions

1) After preparing beans according to package directions, place in roasting pan or on cookie sheet.
2) Preheat oven to 350º F. Roast for about an hour: stirring after 30 minutes and 45 minutes.
3) Drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle with the seasonings. Stir well.
4) Return to the oven and roast for another 15 minutes. Watch carefully so they do not burn.
5) If you want them spicier, add more Fire Roasted Creations CHIPOTLE RUB while they are still warm.
