Ingredients

    2 cups peeled, diced potatoes
    2 Tble. Country Crock Margarine Spread
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    dash pepper
    garlic powder or other as desired

Directions

Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Put potatoes in the pan and coat with the margarine, salt, and other spices. Bake at 375* for about 45 minutes.
