Ingredients

1 can Stokes Green Chili with chicken
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis (drain the juice)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
4 oz. baked chicken breast, cut up
3 Tbsp cilantro
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 oz. tortilla chips, crushed
4 Tbsp Sour cream, fat free (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix the green chili, tomatoes, beans, chicken, cilantro and ¼ cup of the cheese in a medium bowl. Pour into a small casserole dish. Top with chips and lightly press into the mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the chips. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly. If desired, top each serving with 1 Tbsp fat free sour cream. Enjoy!
