Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans water packed peaches
    1/2 cup baking mix
    1/3 cup Splenda
    Ground cinnamon

    Topping:
    2 1/4 cups baking mix
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
    1/2 cup skim milk
Mix some cinnamon and Splenda and make (1/4 cup Splenda with 2 tsp cinnamon) "Cinnamon Sugar" to sprinkle on top

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Spray Dutch Oven with vegetable oil cooking spray

Drain 1 can of the peaches. Combine both cans of peaches, including the juice from the second, undrained can, the 1/2 cup baking mix, the 1/3 cup Splenda, and the cinnamon. Place the mixture in the Dutch Oven

To make the topping: Combine the 2 1/4 cups baking mix, 1/4 cup Splenda, butter and milk in a resealable plastic bag. It will become "dough-like". Drop bits of this mixture, using your fingers, on top of the peach mixture. Sprinkle with the "Cinnamon Sugar".

Place the Dutch Oven in the preheated oven and bake for 45 mins- until the top is golden brown and crusty
