Ingredients

Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium),1 Packet
*Celantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup, 1 serving
*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ onion and garlic 1 can drained
Garlic, 3 tsp
Jalapeno Peppers, 1 small minced
*cheese- colby and monterey jack (KRAFT)shreaded, 1 cup
*Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 6 serving
Directions
Brown the ground beef in skillet, add taco seasoning, onions, garlic, jalapeno pepper, cumin, celantro, tomatoes and mix well and simmer for 5 min. Cool mixture. Add cheese to cooled mixture then fill tortillas and fold like chimichanga.
Bake at 375-400 for 20 min or until top is brown and cripsy.
