Introduction

Boil Lasagna per instructions (9 pieces)
Cook Ground Turkey with onion add garlic powder and garlic salt. When Turkey is cooked completely, drain and add spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
Mix together shredded mozzarella, carrots and zucchini and set aside.
Layer pasta, cottage cheese, meat sauce, spinach and cheese veggie mix and repeat. The last layer is meat sauce only with Parmesan on top.

    Whole Wheat Lasagna Pasta 9 pieces
    20 oz lean ground turkey
    1 26.5 oz Can Spaghetti Sauce any brand
    2 Cups Shredded Zucchini
    .5 Cup Shredded Carrots
    16oz Carton of non fat cottage cheese
    1 medium onion chopped
    .75 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    2 Cups Shredded 2% Mozzarella Cheese
    1 cup baby spinach
    1 tbs Garlic Powder
    2 tsp Garlic Salt

Directions

Bake in a 350C oven for 60 minutes
Cut into twelve pieces evenly.
