    2 Red Bell Peppers chopped
    1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
    2 Medium Onions chopped
    1.5 cups lentils
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    1 Tbsp Curry Powder
    1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
    1 tsp Pepper
    3 cups water

Directions

Put in crock pot and cook for 6 hours
