Introduction

A super yummy dinner. Makes about 7 servings of 1.5 cups each. A super yummy dinner. Makes about 7 servings of 1.5 cups each.

Ingredients

    1 lb / package ground chicken
    1 can diced tomatos (28 oz)
    1 can red kidney beans (19 oz)
    1 can brown beans in tomato sauce (14 oz)
    1 can pinto and kidney beans mix (chili style) (14 oz)

    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp onion flakes or 1 small onion
    1/4 tsp celery salt
    1 Tbsp cumin
    2 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
    2 Tbsp sugar
    sprinkle salt
    sprinkle pepper

Directions

Brown ground chicken with garlic and onion.
Add can of tomatoes and beans together and stir.
Add spices and cook on med - low for about 30+ minutes.
I usually add 1/3 cup of water so it is the consistency that I like. This is optional.
