Introduction

This is a wonderful (and easy) recipe I got from allrecipes.com. The flavors of lemon and dill really complement the fish. I like to use wild Alaskan salmon for this recipe, but any salmon will work. I usually don't measure, so these are all estimates. Play with the ingredients to suit your own tastes! This is a wonderful (and easy) recipe I got from allrecipes.com. Very Good
The salmon was very flavorful, however, a little too salty for my taste. I also was not keen on the presentation of the salmon once cooked. I will definitely make this recipe again because of the simplicity of it and nice flavor. - 1/5/13
