Ingredients

    2 large potatos, one shredded, one cubed
    1 15.25 oz whole kernel corn
    1 14.75 oz cream corn
    1 12 oz can FF evaporated milk
    4 slices Oscar myer center cut bacon--30% less fat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    .5 t salt
    .5 t worcestershire sauce
    .25 t pepper
    Parsley and garlic powder to taste


Directions

-fry bacon and drain on paper towel, crumble
-in crockpot, combine all ingredients
-cook on high 6-8 hours

*tip-to add fiber and veggies,add 1 box frozen broccoli florets or chopped, heated in microwave first, about 1 hour before serving*
