Ingredients

    4 Small Potatoes, chopped
    4 Small Turnips, chopped
    1/2 Large Onion, chopped
    1/2 cup Kale, coarsely chopped
    1 Red Chili Pepper, finely diced
    1 can Diced Tomatoes
    1/4 cup Brown Rice, dry
    2 Cloves Garlic
    2 Cubes Vegetable Boullion
    3 tsp Cumin
    4 Cups Water
    Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

Spray 2 qt pan with olive oil cooking spray. Sautee potatoes, turnips, onions, and garlic for five minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to medium heat and simmer for 45 minutes, covered.
