3/4 Cup - bread crumbs
1 - Egg
1 - Carrot (Shredded)
1 tbs - Italian Seasoning
1 - Onion (finely chopped)

Directions
1. Combine well, everything with a fork loaf into your choice of pan.
2. Place Bacon layered on top.
3. Bake at about 350 degrees for 45 min, to an hour, or until done.
