Ingredients

    Bread pita, whole-wheat, small : 1
    Broccoli, fresh : 0.5 cup
    Red Ripe tomatoes : 3 thin slices
    Egg fresh : 1
    Cheddar cheese : 1 once
    Cottage cheese, non fat : 1 once

Directions

Bake your egg, to be able to place it on your pita after.
On the egg, in the middle, place your tomatoes
and around those, your broccoli.
Put the cottage cheese in the center
and the cheddar around it.
Place directly on the grill, for 15 minutes, at 350°.

Makes 1 beautiful serving!
