Introduction

Easy, quick and cheap. It's definitely nothing fancy and there are other variations of this recipe out there, but my kids enjoyed it. :) Easy, quick and cheap. It's definitely nothing fancy and there are other variations of this recipe out there, but my kids enjoyed it. :)

Ingredients

    1lb Ground Beef
    2 tbsp Sour Cream
    Bag Frozen Tater Tots
    1.5 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions

Preheat oven to temperature instructed on bag of tater tots.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Mix meat with sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
Spread into the bottom of a 9 by 13 glass baking dish.
Layer frozen tater tots on top of mixture evenly until the top is covered and bake until tater tots are cooked all the way through.

Cool and serve.
Makes about 8 servings.
