Ingredients

    3 - 5 oz cans white tuna in water
    1 - 10.75 oz can 98% fat free cream of mushroom
    1 - 10.75 oz can nacho cheese soup
    1.5 cups reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 - 12 oz bag uncooked whole wheat, yolk free egg noodles

Directions

Preheart oven to 350 degrees.

Cook egg noodles according to pkg. directions.

In large bowl, combine drained tuna, soups & broccoli.

Add cooked, drained noodles, stir.

Place mixture in 2 quart cassorole dish.

Bake uncovered 20 minutes (or until heated through).

Sprinkle cheese on top, bake for another 10 minutes.

Can top with bread crumbs or baked chips when adding cheese, not included in calorie count.

Makes 6 servings.
