Ingredients

1 Boboli whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust
Kraft Sweet N Spicy Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (2 - 3)
1 Red onion, sliced
Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Place pizza crust on pizza pan. Brush a dab of olive oil over the crust. Set in refrigerator and let chill.
Brown chicken breast in 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat. When brown, remove and chop into small cubes.
Remove chilled crust from refrigerator. Place approximately 6 tablespoons of BBQ sauce on crust and spread evenly. Next, sprinkle approximately 1/3 cup cheese over sauce. Add chicken and onion slices on top of cheese. Sprinkle additional cheese over toppings until lightly covered. Place in oven and bake approximately 7 - 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and slightly bubbly.
Makes 6 servings.
