Very flavorful dish that my Mom whipped up one day. Everyone liked it. Hopefully reading the ingredients will give you an idea of what it tastes like. The sauce would taste great on rice or pasta. Ingredients

    8 turkey cutlets (3 oz each)
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 tsp curry
    1/4 tsp sage
    1/4 tsp minced onions
    1/4 cup capers
    1 dash minced garlic
    1 dash salt
    2 tbsp butter (Land O Lakes Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil)
    2 tbsp all-purpose wheat flour

Directions

1. Sautee turkey in large pan until cooked.
2. Remove turkey and set aside on a plate.
3. Melt butter in a bowl, then stir in the flour.
4. Put everything but the turkey and butter-flour mix into the pan. Cook on medium-high heat.
5. Once the sauce starts to simmer, add the butter-flour mix.
6. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
7. Add the cooked turkey back to the pan with the sauce.
8. Stir everything around so that the turkey is coated with the sauce.
9. Turn off the heat. Cover the pan with a lid until ready to serve.
