    1 Cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
    1/4 Cup Minute Maid Light Orange Juice -- 50% Calories
    1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
    1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

    1 Tbs Vanilla

    Absolutely delicious. I had to substitute strawberry yogurt and fruit flavored water for juice, but the perfect quantity and calorie! Yummy!! More: This has become a regular addition to my day: refreshing, low cal. Add a scoop of Protein Powder for very balanced smoothie for an extra 60 calories. - 6/16/09
