Ingredients

    3 oz dry Whole wheat pasta
    10 sugar snap peas chopped
    1/4 red pepper chopped
    3 tbsp light cream cheese
    3 oz frozen shrimp
    2 tsp curry powder
    dash salt
    43 grams light cheddar cheese, old
    1/4 oz parmesan shredded
    dash Mrs. Dash

Directions

cook pasta. Spray pan with Pam and fry shrimp, sprinkling with Mrs. Dash. Drain pasta and put back on the burner. Add cream cheese, chopped snap peas and red pepper, curry powder and salt. Mix. Pour into a pretty pasta dish, top with shredded cheeses and shrimp. YUM!
