Ingredients

    Two large eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/4 teaspoon cloves
    1 1/2 cups (12 oz can) evaporated fat free milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray pie pan with Pam. Combine all ingredients. Pour into pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40-50 additional minutes. Pie is done when a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
