Introduction
Another version of my vension meatloaf... without using the pre-packaged seasoning. Another version of my vension meatloaf... without using the pre-packaged seasoning.Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients

approximately 2Lbs ground venison
2 lg eggs
9-10 townhouse toppers (garlic herb flavor) crackers - crushed finely
approx 2-3 tbsp ketchup (1 - 2 squirts)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
garlic powder (to taste)
oregano (to taste)
(sea salt & pepper optional)
Another 1-2 tbsp ketchup (optional) to top
pam spray
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375F
Mix together meat, crackers, seasonings, eggs & ketchup
Spray loaf pan with cooking spray
put meatloaf mixture into pan & top with optional squirt or 2 of ketchup
Bake for 50 - 60 mins .... until meat thermometer reaches approx 170F and meat has almost no pink in the center.
Makes approx 10 servings....
Serving suggestions: add a side of mashed potatoes, green beans and top both potatoes & meatloaf with mushroom gravy.
