    2 C flour
    2 T Sugar
    2 t baking powder
    1/4 t baking soda
    3/4 t salt
    1 1/2 C Heavy Cream


Bake 400 for 18 - 20 min.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add cream just untiil moistened.
Put in ungreased 8x8 and bake.

Calories could be cut dramatically by using FF Half & Half
