Introduction
I found this recipe on the back of a ground chicken package, and modified it. I eat this all the time, and being single, I freeze portions so i can take it and heat it on the go. Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped spinach
1 Tbsp minced garlic, or to taste
1 24 oz jar Chunky Ragu', Garden Combination
1 package Barilla Lasagne, No Boil
1 16 oz container Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Saute ground Turkey until lightly browned; drain. In separate pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil; add carrots and celery. Cover and heat on low until soft; add spinach and continue cooking until wilted.
2. When finished, combine mean, vegetables, and Marinara Sauce
3. Line 13x9" baking pan with one layer of noodles; spread half of the meat and veggie mixture; add another layer of noodles and add Ricotta cheese. Place last layer of noodles and spread remainder of meet, sauce, and veggie mix. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
