1 Tbsp canola oil
1/4 Cup cider vinegar
2 tsp Splenda
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Directions
peel and thinly slice 4 medium cucumbers
mix canola oil, cider vinegar and splenda in a bowl
pour dressing over cucumbers
salt and pepper to taste
refrigerate for 1/2 hour
