Ingredients

    1sm. Onion, coarsely diced
    1lb Ground beef
    1 1/4c Dry Red Kidney Beans, soaked
    1c Dry Red Beans, soaked
    1/2c Tomato Paste
    2cloves garlic ground to paste-use large knife, smash garlic under knife, scrape knife back & forth over garlic until paste.
    salt to taste
    1/2tsp chili powder
    1tsp coriander
    1/4tsp red pepper (to taste)
    1/2tsp black pepper

Directions

Simmer onion in water enough to cover bottom of pan to approximately 1/4". When onion is soft add ground beef breaking into chunks desired. Add spices & mix well. Add beans & water to cover to about 1/2". Simmer till beans are soft to taste.
