Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef (93% fat free)
1 Cup Cooked Long Grain Rice
1 Large Green Bell Pepper chopped
2 Medium Onions chopped
3 Large Zucchinis
16 oz Tomato Sauce
5 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 Cup water
Directions
Place the ground beef, onions and peppers into a hot skillet sprayed with Pam and brown till the beef is no longer pink. Drain and place the mixture into a large bowl. Add the cooked rice, 8 oz tomato sauce, 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
Slice the zucchini length wise and place them cut side up in a row in a 9" x 13" pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Spoon the ground beef mixture evenly over the zucchini.
Mix together the remainder of the tomato sauce, 1/2 Cup water, 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce add dried basil, some garlic and onion powder and a dash of salt and pour over the meat mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle mozzarella and bake 10 minutes more.
