Ingredients

    To Make Base:
    1 cup plain flour
    1 tablespoon margarine
    1 tablespoon milk (or more to bind)

    12 medium eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 cup frozen spinach defrosed
    salt to taste
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 cup lite cheese shredded

Directions

put flour & butter in bowl and combine with fingers until like bread crumbs. add your milk until you you have a firm dough. roll out flat to cover your round pie dish (about 20 cm across) on bottom and sides(no need for a top). place in oven on low heat to help firm your crust.
in another bowl crack all your eggs, and add all other ingredients, but the cheese and spinach. wisk untill combined. add spinach and mix well.
